We are a progressive Credit Union on the southside of Cork City that has been in operation at the heart of our community for over half a century. Our mission is to provide financial services for all of our members in a professional manner, not for profit, not for charity, but for service. We endeavour to provide people residing, working and studying in our community with a genuine co-operative banking solution by offering products and services driven by the needs of our membership rather than by profit or corporate interest. We carry out our mission by adhering to the philosophy and operating principles of the Irish Credit Union Movement.

Our core services are flexible loans for members along with our savings accounts.  A Credit Union is a group of people who save together and lend to each other at a fair and reasonable rate of interest. We are owned by our members — the people who save and borrow with us — people like you. Any surplus we generate is used to finance our operations as well as contributing to expanding products and services. A surplus can also be returned to members at an annual general meeting through the payment of an dividend on shares or sometimes through a rebate on interest paid on loans benefiting both saving and borrowing members.
