Does The Lough Credit Union have an app?
Yes, we offer members a free mobile banking app which is available on the app store and google play store. Members can utilise the app to access their account, view their balance, download statements, transfer funds and much more!
Can I transfer money in and out of my credit union account?
Yes, members can transfer money to & from their bank account to their credit union. All you will need is your bank account and credit union account IBAN and BIC. The transfer takes approximately one working day.
I can’t remember my username or my password, what do I do?
On the login page, click ‘Forgot Username’ or ‘Forgot Password’. If you have forgotten your username, you will be prompted to enter your email address and you will be sent your username by email.
If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to enter your memorable word. If you do not have this or cannot remember please contact us and we can issue you with a new password.
What do I do if my online banking is suspended?
Please contact us by phone or email and our member services team will have your online account reactivated.
