Lending & Business Development Manager
Reporting directly to the CEO the Lending & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities and building relationships that result in both active membership growth and increased lending, in accordance with the credit union’s business objectives.
As a member of the lending team, he/she will contribute to the ongoing development of appropriate lending policies and practices.
Reporting directly to the Officer in Charge the Administrative Assistant provides an efficient service to members of The Lough Credit Union, is accountable for carrying out a range of administrative and operational activities within authorised limits that contribute to the effective running of the credit union and is accountable for maintaining the highest standards of security for those credit union assets under the Administrative Assistant’s control.
Risk and Compliance Support Officer
The Risk and Compliance Support Officer, under the guidance of the Risk and Compliance Manager, will perform a range of administrative and reporting activities to support and implement a regulatory, operational and reputational risk based monitoring programme, including maintenance of compliance and risk policies and procedures, in accordance with the credit union’s risk management and compliance strategy, that contribute to effective risk and compliance management within The Lough Credit Union.
The Risk and Compliance Support Officer is responsible for implementing appropriate controls (monitoring and testing) to support Compliance and Operational Risk. The Officer works under the guidance of the Risk and Compliance Manager to execute the credit union’s annual compliance and risk-based monitoring and testing plans. The Risk and Compliance Support Officer will input into the development and maintenance of compliance, risk and controls, and will collate periodic management information around monitoring, testing, and other relevant operational activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union.
